How do I get a MyMemories account?

Choose Cloud Backup with a Digital Converters order. When your converted files are ready, we will email you a private invitation to create your account.

How long is access included?

Your Cloud Backup includes one year of MyMemories access. Before that period ends, you can choose an annual plan to keep your files hosted and available.

Can my family see the files without my password?

Yes. You can create a controlled share link for a selected file or folder, without giving someone access to the rest of your private library.

Can I save copies to my own device?

Yes. You can download supported files from MyMemories whenever your account has active access.
