Ordering a Gift Card
Order a gift card above, this can either be sent via email to the recipient, or we can deliver a physical gift voucher.
Using a Gift Card
The recipient can visit our website to place their order, then enter their gift voucher code at checkout to redeem up to the voucher amount off their total.
The gift voucher can be used across multiple orders until the balance is used up, and can be combined with any promotional discounts running on our website.
Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption
Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for products available on our website https://digitalconverters.co.uk/.
2. Balance
If the total value of your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using other available payment methods at checkout. If the gift card exceeds the amount of the order, it can be used on other orders.
3. Expiry
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will be forfeited after this period.
4. Non-Refundable
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards once they have been delivered. Please keep your gift card details secure.
6. Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards will be sent via email to the recipient on the date specified during purchase. If the recipient has not received the gift card, please check spam/junk folders or contact our support team.
7. Physical Gift Cards
Physical gift cards will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary.
8. Usage Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
9. Changes to Terms
